In January-June 2007, the volume of direct foreign investments in the Ukraine's economy rose by 23.4% or USD 6,918.1 million, and amounted to USD 36,450.9 million as of July 1, 2008.
On 23 September 2008,will be conducted land auction for assignment of rights to rent a land plot for creation of Regional Industrial Park.

Setting up The state registration of a legal entity is conducted according to the following stages:
- Legal entity name reservation
- Drawing up of constitutive documents
- Opening of a temporary account for formation of a Charter Capital (only for legal entities set by acting legislation of Ukraine).
- State registration of legal entity
- Legal entity registration at the State Statistics Committee
- Legal entity registration at the Body of Pension Fund of Ukraine
- Business entity registration at the Social Insurance Funds
- Registration at the Tax Office
- Receiving an approval of Ministry of Internal Affairs to make a company seal/stamp; making of a seal/stamp
- Opening of a current account in bank
Registration endures approximately from three days to two weeks.
Foreign legal entity, which carries out foreign economic activities in Ukraine, has the right to open its representative office in Ukraine. Registration of these offices is to be carried out by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine within 60 days since the date the documents are submitted for registration.
