Last Events Victor Matchuk: Opening of Tibro-Ukraine Factory in Rivne Region is a Beginning of Great Project
Tibro-Ukraine LTD was officially opened in Korets district of Rivne region. The first stage of the investment project stipulates for investment of UAN 10 mln and creation of 35 new workplaces. The factory will produce knitted legwear. During a grand opening of the factory, Victor Matchuk, Rivne region governor, noticed that the realization of what project would have been impossible without support of the State Customs Service, because Ukraine started the production of goods, which had never been produced, and import of raw materials, which had never been imported into Ukraine before. – The State Customs Service could create such import conditions that a potential investor will never have any desire to carry on his business in Ukraine. In this and not only this case, the Customs Service on the territory of Rivne region supports and assists us. They help us and give advice – this is so unusual for us. May be, this is due to Igor Pikovskyy, deputy head of the State Customs Service, who is our townman. It was a great pleasure for me that in such a difficult situation, we got a support from the State Customs Service, the investor got some pieces of advice how do to everything in correspondence to Ukrainian law. The foreign investor complied with all the demands which were laid down. I am sure, that today we see the beginning of a big project – a little beginning of the big project, - Rivne region governor emphasized. In his turn, Igor Pikovskyy, the deputy head of the State Customs Service, mentioned that the Customs Service made everything possible to realize this manufacturing in Rivne region. – We needed good work, skilled approach of the customs officials, to let this factory start working in a short time. This was connected to the fact that Ukraine had no experience of work with this goods group as a raw material for production. I am sure that everything is made for the welfare of Ukraine, investors, Korets distrct and those people, who today are at their new workplaces – he mentioned.
